To start at CrossFit FlyOver you need to sign up and complete our ON-RAMP program. This is 4, 1 hour sessions “How to CrossFit at FlyOver”. We will learn how to complete the most fundamental movements, some appropriate ways to scale, give a coach a chance to assess your fitness level and understand your goals. Classes meet the second full week of the month Monday-Thursday 6:30-7:30pm. If this doesn’t work for your schedule, we will find something that does.
